Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise overnight staff to support individuals served.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including staffing schedules and program operations.
• Assist with budget-related tasks and documentation for services delivered.
• Support transportation, behavioral coaching, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Contribute to development and implementation of individualized service plans and goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations as part of the program.
