Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and development of valued social roles.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
