Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead day-to-day program operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time execution and alignment across teams. The role drives cost control, schedules, and continuous improvement while fostering accountability, collaboration, and respect to meet customer and company commitments.

You will manage budgets, Earned Value metrics, risk, and recovery plans, partnering with finance, engineering, supply chain, and site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 6 years of professional experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance; ability to obtain and maintain clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly program operations reviews to track milestones and execution risks
• Manage budget planning and execution across multiple funding sources
• Drive Earned Value Management (EVM) performance and corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement through standard work and problem solving
• Remove operational barriers by coordinating facility, infrastructure, equipment, and workflow issues
• Partner with finance, program leadership, supply chain, engineering, and site teams to ensure resources and recovery plans
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and proactive risk escalation
