GE Aerospace is seeking a senior program operations leader in the United States to align cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive on-time, safe, high-quality delivery. The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet customer and company commitments.

The successful candidate will lead reviews, monitor cost and schedule, and coordinate resources across finance, supply chain, engineering, and site teams while maintaining compliance with security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly program operations reviews to track milestones and risks.
• Manage budget planning and execution across funding sources.
• Drive EVM performance by monitoring cost, schedule, and metrics.
• Support continuous improvement through standard work and problem solving.
• Remove operational barriers by coordinating facility, infrastructure and workflow issues.
• Partner with finance, program leadership, supply chain, engineering and site teams to ensure resources and recovery plans.
