Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly program operations reviews to track milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Manage budget planning and execution across multiple funding sources with accurate forecasting.
  • Drive Earned Value Management (EVM) performance by monitoring cost, schedule, and execution metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement through standard work, visual management, operating rhythms, and problem solving.
  • Remove operational barriers by coordinating resolution of facility, infrastructure, equipment, and workflow issues.
  • Partner with finance, program leadership, supply chain, engineering, and site teams to ensure resources and recovery plans.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and proactive risk escalation.
