Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH is seeking a program management professional to lead customer programs and coordinate cross-functional teams in a shop environment. You will own customer communications, schedules, and delivery performance, using strong judgment and leadership to meet schedule, cost and yield targets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program ownership experience (master's preferred) and proven ability to lead projects, analyze problems, and influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and minimum of 4 years ownership of customer program communications and schedules
• Minimum of 5 years of ownership of customer program and corresponding communication, meetings and schedules for internal/external customers
• Master's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of related ownership experience)

Responsibilities

• Owns customer program and schedules for internal/external customers
• Coordinates cross-functional teams in a shop environment to meet customer schedule/cost/yield
• Develops specialized knowledge in their discipline
• Serves as best practice/quality resource
• Contributes to strategy, policy development and delivery within area of responsibility
• Uses data analysis to support recommendations
• Leads small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
• Explains difficult information and builds consensus
