Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati seeks a Senior Program Operations Manager to lead data collection and analysis to support program management decisions and deliverables. You will collaborate with EVM scheduling/finance teams, CAMs, product operations, and PMO to develop best practices and standard work templates to boost efficiency across programs.

You will manage annual operating plans and forecasts, coordinate weekly actuals vs forecast with CAMs, serve as CAM for PM budget, execute EVM processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business, finance, manufacturing, sourcing, and/or project management.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Capability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information requires U.S. Person status.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence and continuous improvement, managing KPIs and process documentation.
• Lead structured problem solving and risk management per FLIGHT DECK principles.
• Create and maintain annual Operating Plans and quarterly forecasts; manage weekly actuals vs forecast with CAM inputs.
• Serve as CAM for Program Management budget and execute Work Authorizations per government contract modifications.
• Execute Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and prepare metrics for Monthly Program Reviews (MPRs).
• Collaborate with finance, manufacturing, scheduling, program management, and engineering to meet deadlines and reporting requirements.
• Define Standard Work for program financials at MPRs and client briefings.
