• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in business, finance, manufacturing, sourcing, and/or project management.
• DoD security clearance capability required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across programs.
• Facilitate structured problem solving and risk management with FLIGHT DECK principles.
• Manage annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts, including program budgets.
• Serve as CAM for program management budgets and approvals.
• Prepare program metrics for Monthly Program Reviews and similar reporting.
