Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Executive-level communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted, strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and align resources to program goals.
• Experience establishing standardized playbooks and operating frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of retail shareholder engagement strategies and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight across program activities and client initiatives.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams to align business objectives with program goals.
• Represent the program in executive-level discussions, manage escalations, and guide strategic decisions.
• Create KPI standards and a measuring system to ensure delivery of program goals.
