Brilliant Corners is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the back-end functions of the Program Operations team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on billing, accounts receivable, data management, and reporting, ensuring efficient payment processing and scalable workflows.

You will work with multiple departments to standardize processes, develop tools, and coach Supervisors who manage about 20 staff, driving social impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a team in a social services context.
• Track record of improving operational workflows and metrics.
• Ability to translate program goals into actionable processes.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-end operations including billing, AR, unit close-outs, and data management.
• Collaborate with Tenancy Supports, Housing Acquisitions, Data & Technology, and Finance.
• Develop tools and reports to streamline payments, invoicing, and reporting.
