Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Program Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and reporting for the center. You will maintain accurate staffing records and help manage master schedules within budgeted hours per client as authorized by insurers.

You will support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and act as a liaison between admin and clinical staff, coordinating case assignments and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in scheduling and operations administration.
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and recruitment processes.
• Schedule staff, manage client caseloads, and maintain records.
