CAPS & Maple City is seeking an experienced OB Coordinator (RN/BSN) to provide administrative leadership for the OB program while continuing patient care. You will supervise OB nurses, coordinate Centering Pregnancy and Doula activities, and collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure high-quality OB services across locations.

The role requires at least 5 years of OB experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to care.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with current license.
• BSN degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years OB experience in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Basic Life Support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee OB program with primary administrative leadership.
• Supervise and support OB nurses and MA/Nurse teams.
• Coordinate Centering Pregnancy and Doula program activities.
• Develop and manage OB workflows, lists, and protocols.
• Lead monthly OB meetings and cross-disciplinary care.
• Collaborate with HR and Site Director on staffing and performance.
