Job summary

CAPS & Maple City is seeking an OB Coordinator RN to provide administrative oversight of the OB program while delivering patient care. The role leads the OB team, coordinates Centering Pregnancy and related groups, and develops workflows and protocols to ensure high-quality care across sites.

The ideal candidate has RN and BSN credentials with 5+ years OB experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with leaders and staff, with willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• RN and BSN required for OB program leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years OB experience in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to travel between sites and work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OB team with a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Coordinate OB care and ensure quality patient care across sites.
• Supervise OB nurses and train MA and RN staff for OB needs.
• Coordinate Centering Pregnancy and Parenting Groups.
• Develop and manage OB lists, workflows, and protocols.
• Collaborate with HR and Site Director on staffing and performance.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary care and community partner engagement.
• Lead monthly OB meetings and maintain competencies.
