Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of five years related experience; non-profit program coordination is a plus.
• Knowledge of social/behavioral science research methods and program evaluation is helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational activities of the program and monitor adherence to protocols.
• Oversee staff, interns, and volunteers, ensuring proper screening, referrals, and service delivery.
• Maintain data management systems and compile quantitative/qualitative reports for funding agencies.
• Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide training and liaison support with providers and funding sources.
