Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain higher clearance if needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in program or project operations support.
  • Experience tracking deliverables, schedules, and status reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Maintain CDRL tracking logs and coordinate quality reviews for contractual deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain program status and management review materials.
  • Coordinate staff training, including security training and onboarding.
  • Plan and process travel requests in accordance with policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and program leadership to resolve issues.
  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and PMO support activities.
