As an Agile Project Manager, you will:Manage the overall performance, execution, and completion of projects, tasks, or delivery orders from initiation through closeoutApply Agile project management principles—including iterative planning, sprint execution, and continuous stakeholder collaboration—to enable rapid adaptation to evolving prioritiesSupport program operations by identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and serving as a liaison between technical and functional areasConduct business process analysis, performance metrics development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectivenessManage one or more activities, control accounts, or tasks within a broader project/program, reporting to the program manager chain of commandTrack cost, schedule, and technical performance while proactively identifying and resolving risks and issuesResponsibilities:Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to plan, execute, and continuously refine project deliverables in an iterative development environmentFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment and momentumDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resource-loaded work plans, and risk registers to track program executionSupport program business and functional operations, acting as a liaison between technical teams, functional areas, and program leadershipConduct research and analysis of business practices, perform cost/benefit analyses, and implement process improvements to enhance organizational performanceDevelop and monitor performance metrics, quality checkpoints, and dashboards that measure execution against Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) standardsDesign and implement communication strategies and plans to support organizational change and stakeholder alignmentSupport recurring Program Management Reviews (PMRs), status reporting, and continuous process improvement activitiesManage action item tracking, meeting minutes, risk registers, and configuration management activities using collaborative tools such as Jira and integrated program portalsCoordinate with technical leads, subcontractors, and support personnel to ensure successful task execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraintsSupport transition planning, strategic plan development, and business process documentation for program initiativesInfluence policies, practices, and procedures both within and outside the immediate project teamEnsure organizational policies, practices, and procedures are understood and consistently followed by the project teamServe as a key point of contact between the project team, program leadership, and government stakeholdersQualifications:Required:Active Secret security clearance (required)Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a Technical or Managerial discipline, or equivalent experience10 + years of related professional experience in program/project management, business analysis, or program operations supportDemonstrated experience applying Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe ) in a professional environmentExperience managing project execution, including scope, schedule, and budget oversightStrong analytical skills with experience conducting business process analysis, cost/benefit analyses, and performance metrics developmentExperience developing and implementing communication strategies and organizational change plansStrong understanding of program operations support, including liaising between technical and functional areasDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders outside the immediate project team regarding policies, practices, and proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing leadership and stakeholdersExperience managing the ongoing performance of a project after production or deliveryAbility to establish tactical and operational plans and manage multiple concurrent prioritiesDesired:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or SAFe Agilist certificationProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentExperience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programsFamiliarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) toolsExperience with program/project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ConfluenceExperience managing subcontractor performance and teaming relationshipsFamiliarity with government contracting processes, CDRLs, and deliverable managementKnowledge of risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
