Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support for day-to-day meetings and prepare materials.
  • Track monthly invoices, costs, revenue and profit across multiple contracts.
  • Generate monthly status reports for the Program Manager.
  • Maintain labor plans and funding levels for CDRLs and JIRA tickets.
  • Attend customer meetings and record minutes; prepare after-action reports.
  • Assist PM with proposal writing and contract deliverables (CDRLs).

Duties may include identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas.Program / Project Operations / Assistant PMWork closely with multiple USG CustomersSupport DOW customer contractsCoordinate meetings, record minutes and submit after action reportsResponsibilities:Provide Admin support of day-to-day meeting scheduling, to include creating invites, ensuring all attendees are available, coordinate and/or create advanced presentation materials.Track monthly invoices, track cost, revenue and Profit for multiple projects across 7 or more contractsGenerate monthly status reports for Program ManagerTrack Program Manager's schedule, ensuring conflicts between meetings are minimizedGenerate labor plan for each contract. Maintain funding levels and labor hours to ensure proper assignments for CDRLs and JIRA tickets.Track Sprint Planning meetings, record sprint plan and distribute to discipline leadsPurchase materials as required for the many contracts.
