Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support program-level execution of travel requests and material purchases, ensuring completeness and funding alignment.
  • Coordinate with program leadership to align actions with available resources and priorities.
  • Assist in ROM estimates and project-level quotes to support planning activities.
  • Support labor alignment by validating charge strings and updating as needed.
  • Review subcontractor timecards for accuracy and alignment with approved work scope.

This role operates within the program team and focuses on enabling efficient execution by ensuring actions are properly aligned with funding, staffing, and operational priorities.This is not a corporate finance role. The position is embedded within the program and supports operational decision-making, coordination, and execution.Responsibilities:Support program-level execution of travel requests and material purchases by reviewing submissions for completeness, alignment, and funding availabilityCoordinate with Program Operations and leadership to ensure actions are properly aligned to available resources and program prioritiesAssist in the development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and project-level quotes in support of planning activitiesSupport personnel labor alignment by validating charge strings and assisting with updates based on program needsReview and process subcontractor timecards for accuracy and alignment with approved work scopeTrack and maintain visibility on open actions, funding alignment, and execution status across the programIdentify discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely mannerProvide general program operations support to improve workflow efficiency and execution consistencyQualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of experience supporting program operations, project coordination, or administrative functionsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple actions simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of basic budgeting concepts and resource trackingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business toolsStrong communication and coordination skillsDesired:Experience supporting government or DoD programsFamiliarity with cost estimating, ROM development, or project planning supportExperience working with timekeeping systems or labor trackingExposure to program financial tools (e.g., Workday or similar systems)What You’ll Bring:Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentStrong organizational and coordination skillsProactive approach to problem solving and follow-throughAbility to work across teams and support program leadership-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
