Job summary

Tufts University School of Dental Medicine is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide advanced support for a university program in Boston. You will produce documents, respond to inquiries, organize files, and help manage budgets and events with attention to detail.

The role requires an Associate's Degree, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent customer service. Some weekends/evenings may be required to support programs and events.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Produces documents, reports, proposals or materials.
  • Responds to inquiries and provides information to students, faculty, staff and others.
  • Organizes and maintains program files and databases; tracks information.
  • Monitors budgets and tracks spending; may initiate purchases and transactions.
  • Coordinates marketing and advertising; assists with flyers and social media content.
  • Coordinates logistics for meetings, seminars and events including venues and AV needs.
  • May arrange travel and payments for speakers and presenters.
  • Conducts research and drafts reports on results.
  • Provides guidance to students and temporary staff; assists training.
