Job summary

The Salvation Army Central Territory is seeking a Program Department Manager in Hoffman Estates, IL. This full-time role leads ARCC program operations, oversees data quality, reporting, event coordination, system management and staff development to ensure program success.

You will manage ServicePoint license administration, maintain confidential information, provide on-call support, and develop training materials while collaborating with the Director of Program and other administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program teams and managing data quality.
• Ability to audit and improve data systems and reports.
• Strong confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Effective written and verbal communication with staff and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the ARCC program in alignment with mission and values.
• Maintain confidentiality in all support activities and data handling.
• Provide on-call support outside normal hours for critical system needs.
• Oversee and maintain the Beneficiary Database System (ServicePoint) and related databases.
• Lead training for new ARC staff and reconcile NSS reports with the database.
