Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year relevant program experience.
• Experience with office operations, reporting, travel planning, reimbursement processing, and procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with REDCap, note-taking tools, Zoom, Teams, and WorkDay.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel support for NMVC including arranging flights and reimbursements via OurDay.
• Create and organize weekly NMVC reports and take meeting minutes.
• Assist with NMVC procurement and manage PCard transactions and payments.
• Follow up on action items from weekly meetings and maintain shared agendas.
• Maintain presentations and upload materials to Box for archival.
