Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years relevant program experience.
• Experience with victim services and trauma-informed care encouraged.
• Proficient with Excel, REDCap, Zoom, Teams, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NMVC Response meetings and activities with state/local agencies; track invites and contacts.
• Draft clear, accurate correspondence and talking points for Director review or dissemination.
• Support Director and team with scheduling, action items, and meeting follow-ups.
• Coordinate partner meetings; prepare agendas, record minutes, and share with project team.
• Oversee Forums and Resiliency Center activities; manage invites, agendas, roll call, and notes.
