Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC - Univ) is seeking an experienced program administrator for the NMVC division. The role supports the Response, Recovery and Resilience activities, coordinating community outreach and service tracking with mass violence-impacted communities.

Responsibilities include scheduling and planning meetings, drafting communications for the Director and team, and maintaining Excel-based tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant program experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NMVC Response meetings with state/local agencies; track action items.
• Draft correspondence and talking points for the Director and team.
• Support daily operations and maintain project tracking in a database.
• Oversee forums and ensure meeting invites, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Monitor deliverables and report progress to division leadership.
• Prepare bi-weekly and semi-annual reports for the funder.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
