Job summary

Goldbelt C6, LLC in Washington state seeks a Junior Program Analyst to provide operational support for program administration, including documentation, reconciliation, and liaison with partners.

You will support over 580 traveling and virtual programs annually, manage speaker arrangements, and help develop new processes while maintaining compliance in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

• Maintain contact with the partner regarding grant issuance and speaker payments.
• Analyze data to ensure compliance with policy and cost effectiveness.
• Provide pre-program support for traveling U.S. speakers using multiple databases.
• Create and maintain electronic grant records and reconcile costs.
• Manage logistical and financial arrangements for USG employees' speakers.
• Analyze issues and propose administrative improvements and new initiatives.
• Develop new methods or procedures for delivering services and programs.
