Goldbelt C6, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support grants implementation across pre-award, award, and post-award phases for DOS and interagency coordination. The role involves coordinating with GOR, drafting operations plans, and providing technical guidance on funding and program implementation.

The position requires strong writing and organizational skills, a SECRET clearance, and 3–4 years of related experience. Candidates will collaborate with multiple offices and may travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–4 years of related experience.
• The person must have or obtain SECRET security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the Grants Officer Representative (GOR) and DOS grants officials to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for regional bureaus on grant and program issues.
• Assist with drafting operations plans, notifications, and performance reports.
• Provide technical input on strategic planning, funding allocation, and program implementation.
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to grantees and sub-grantees.
• Prepare pre-award documentation including minutes and memos.
• Support program evaluation design and monitor grantee performance.
• Document audit findings and coordinate with GOR and GO on resolutions.
• Assist in post-award activities, reviews, and close-outs as needed.
• Draft and clear position papers, talking points, and other ocean/polar policy documents.
• Support conference, event, and travel planning as directed.
• Other duties related to ocean and polar affairs; travel may be required.
