FosterAdopt Connect is seeking a CCYT Program Manager to lead the Community Connections YouThrive program for youth ages 17-26 involved with foster care. You will supervise CCYT Specialists, guide program development, and ensure high-quality, youth-centered services.

The role requires lived experience, a relevant degree, and strong nonprofit leadership. Travel is necessary; you’ll collaborate across agencies to improve outcomes and expand support networks.

Qualifikationen

• Lived experience in foster care, kinship care, homelessness, or related systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in non-profit social services with management experience preferred.
• Experience working with underserved communities; ability to build trust quickly.
• Travel required with or without accommodation.

• Provide leadership and oversight for the CCYT program to ensure youth-centered services.
• Supervise and coach CCYT Specialists and monitor program performance and outcomes.
• Foster strong partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Support staff growth, program development, and high-quality service delivery.
