Job summary

The ACH Child and Family Services Transitions Program Manager will lead the LIFE Project and Families Together Program, supervising mentors and the case manager, and overseeing daily operations to ensure high quality services and compliance with grant and contract requirements.

You will build community partnerships, monitor program outputs, support staff development, and coordinate referrals with CPS/DFPS as part of delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based services to youth aging out of foster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises and supports the Families Together Case Manager and The LIFE Project Mentors and assists with program implementation.
• Administers staff meetings, training, evaluation of programs and policy development.
• Builds community linkages, promotes the program and supports staff education needs.
• Oversees budgeting with the Director of Residential Services-Wichita Campus and manages expenditures.
• Ensures program compliance with contract and grant requirements and coordinates referrals with CPS/OCOK.
