FosterAdopt Connect is seeking a CCYT Program Manager to lead the Community Connections YouThrive program for youth ages 17-26 involved with foster care. You will supervise CCYT Specialists, guide program development, and ensure high-quality, youth-centered services.
The role requires lived experience, a relevant degree, and strong nonprofit leadership. Travel is necessary; you’ll collaborate across agencies to improve outcomes and expand support networks.
Are you ready to stop coming to work just to do a job?
What if you could come to work knowing that your leadership, guidance, and vision are helping young adults successfully transition from foster care to independent adulthood?
As the Community Connections YouThrive (CCYT) Program Manager, you'll do more than oversee a program—you'll lead a team dedicated to empowering young adults as they build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive. By supporting staff, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring high-quality services, you'll play a vital role in changing the trajectory of countless young lives.
At FosterAdopt Connect, we're building something bigger than ourselves. Every day, our team works alongside children, youth, and families navigating the challenges of the child welfare system. For more than 25 years, we've been leading innovative, family-centered solutions across Kansas and Missouri, helping create brighter futures for children and stronger communities for everyone. We believe meaningful work should also be inspiring work. That's why we've built a culture that is collaborative, supportive, diverse, and mission-driven. Here, your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is visible.
If you're looking for a career where you can inspire others, strengthen a dedicated team, and see the difference your leadership makes every day, we'd love to meet you.

CCYT is a peer-to-peer model and as such, staff must have personally experienced any of the following during their childhood/adolescence: foster care, kinship or relative care, homelessness, or mandated family centered services. This lived experience helps Specialists to build trust, credibility, and meaningful connections with the youth we serve.
This isn't just a position—it's an opportunity to help young adults face a brighter future.
