Hope For Youth, Inc. on Long Island is hiring a Program Manager – Licensed Social Worker to lead the Adolescent Diagnostic and Respite Services Program. The role oversees case management and psychosocial assessments, supervises the team, and shapes daily operations.

It includes a 35-hour workweek with some remote flexibility under policy. The position requires LMSW (LCSW preferred), at least two years of post-master's experience with child-serving systems, strong computer skills, and a NY

• LMSW is required; LCSW preferred.
• At least two years of post-master's experience with child-serving systems (e.g., child welfare or juvenile justice).
• Strong computer skills and a valid New York State driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with policies and licensing.
• Manage casework, reports, psychosocial assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Coordinate with Social Services, schools, families, and other providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff.
• Develop discharge plans and provide six months of aftercare services.
