Job summary

Connections for the Homeless seeks a Drop-In Program Manager to lead daily operations across Drop-In sites, supervising staff and ensuring high-quality case management and crisis response. You will partner with the Director of Drop-In & Outreach Programs to model best practices and ensure program fidelity.

You will oversee HMIS data quality, staff coaching, and coordination with clinical teams, while ensuring housing-focused outcomes for Participants and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in social/human services (Master's preferred).
• De-escalation certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• 3–5 years direct service and 3+ years supervisory/management experience in human services.
• Strong computer skills with HMIS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor all Drop-In staff (8 direct reports) and conduct monthly supervision.
• Oversee HMIS data quality and program reports; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Director and teams to advance housing-focused outcomes for Participants.
• Maintain regular floor presence and provide hands-on crisis support when needed.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and collaborate with Health Team to streamline care.
