Qualifications

• Supervisory or program coordination experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural background preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Joshua’s House program.
• Provide direction and support to Residential and Housing Coordination staff.
• Monitor program performance metrics and participant progress.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and service providers.
