Job summary

Sasha Bruce Youthwork, Inc. in Washington, DC, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of two programs, ensure compliance with contracts, manage staff and programs, and maintain administrative systems and reporting.

Under the Chief of Programs, you will supervise staff, coordinate service plans, monitor data accuracy, and build community partnerships to advance outcomes for homeless youth. A relevant graduate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in Human Services, Health Care, or Social Work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and/or LICSW required at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general program operations and staffing for two programs.
• Ensure high-quality crisis intervention, life skills, education, counseling, and housing services.
• Maintain documentation, data entry, and reporting in grants and databases.
• Coordinate and update client service plans per assessments.
