Job summary

Sasha Bruce Youthwork Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations of two programs in Washington, DC. The role reports to the Chief of Programs and requires oversight of staff, program compliance, and data reporting to grantors.

The candidate should bring a Master’s degree (preferred) or a Bachelor’s in Nursing/LCSW plus supervisory experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with a commitment to ending youth homelessness and equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years supervisory/managerial experience in human services or social services.
• Minimum 4 years in a social service program serving homeless/underserved populations; experience with rapid rehousing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; annual clearances and trainings as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and staffing structures.
• Ensure high-quality crisis intervention, life skills, education, counseling, and housing services for clients.
• Coordinate client service plans and ensure proper documentation and data reporting.
• Maintain administrative systems and compliance with grant requirements.
• Represent programs to internal staff and external partners.
