Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in youth development, nonprofit programming, or related field.
• Experience producing and managing large-scale events, workshops, or community programs.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience supervising staff, volunteers, interns, or community members.
• Strong project management and event production skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with youth, volunteers, partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in ASP’s performance-based approach to human development.
• Manage databases tracking program attendance and requirements.
• Oversee admissions process and maintain accurate data in the database.
• Create comprehensive production plans with timelines, staffing, and run-of-show.
• Lead program events from concept to execution with stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and activities with large groups of youth.
• Organize youth outreach and volunteer/donor acquisition through community activities.
• Drive youth recruitment and conduct interviews.
• Recruit and direct volunteers, alumni, and staff for events and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external venues.
• Run and manage program and event budgets.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing needs.
