Job summary
Coalition for Responsible Community Development in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Program Manager to supervise a team of service delivery staff, volunteers, and interns. You will coordinate client services, develop Individual Employment Plans (IEP), and ensure accurate data entry in CalJOBS and Salesforce to support workforce development outcomes.
Responsibilities include leading enrollment, education/training coordination, performance tracking, and fostering strong partnerships with community
Qualifications
- 5-years education or workforce development programming management experience.
- Education: AA Degree; BSW preferred.
- Experience serving vulnerable populations (reentry, homeless, at-risk youth).
- Strong data entry and reporting skills with attention to quality data.
- Office-based role; full-time in LA area.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of participants and stakeholders.
- Enrollment process development and governance.
- Education and training coordination for participants.
- Performance management and reporting of KPIs.
- Strategic planning and program updates with leadership.
- Customer service and client engagement oversight.
- Case management and interagency collaboration.
- Leadership of direct service staff, volunteers, and interns.
