Job summary

CRCD is seeking a Program Manager to supervise service delivery staff, volunteers, and interns while coordinating education and occupational training for participants in Los Angeles. You will help establish Individual Employment Plans, track data in CalJOBS and Salesforce, and collaborate with Learning & Evaluation to ensure client-centered workforce development.

The role oversees multiple programs and ensures high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 5-years education or workforce development programming management experience.
• Education Requirement: AA Degree, BSW preferred.
• 3-4 years of professional WIOA and related experience.
• Experience managing programs serving vulnerable populations.
• Strong organization, data entry, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with CalJOBS, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for department programs.
• Manage enrollment processes and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate education and training activities for participants.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce monthly progress reports.
• Lead strategic planning and staff development efforts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Supervise and mentor direct service staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Represent department in meetings with partners and funders.
