Job summary

Coalition for Responsible Community Development in Los Angeles is seeking a Program Manager to supervise a team delivering workforce development services, case management, and education/training.

You will coordinate enrollment, data entry into CalJOBS and Salesforce, ensure WIOA compliance, and drive outcomes toward credentials and employment, aligning with CRCD’s Integrated Service Delivery Model and five-year plan.

Qualifications

• 5 years of education or workforce development programming management experience.
• Education: AA Degree required; BSW preferred.
• 3–4 years of WIOA-related experience can substitute for education.
• Experience serving vulnerable populations (reentry, homeless, veterans, etc.).
• Strong data entry, MS Office and Salesforce skills.
• Not a work-from-home role; office-based five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service delivery staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Coordinate services and manage relationships with partner providers.
• Enter and maintain data in CalJOBS, Salesforce, and databases.
• Develop enrollment and performance reports; ensure compliance with WIOA guidelines.
• Lead education/training coordination and work readiness workshops.
• Monitor and improve program performance with dashboards and KPIs.
• Attend partner and funder meetings; support annual planning.
• Ensure quality data entry and reporting across departments.
