Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in education/workforce development program management.
• 3–4 years of professional WIOA experience.
• Education: AA degree required; BSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service delivery staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Coordinate enrollment, intake, and data in CalJOBS and Salesforce.
• Develop and monitor Individual Employment Plans and ISS for clients.
