Job summary

CRCD seeks a Program Manager to supervise service delivery staff, volunteers, and interns, coordinating services for participants and maintaining data in CalJOBS and Salesforce. You will develop Individual Employment Plans and collaborate across departments to deliver skill-building and employment outcomes in the South LA area.

You will lead enrollment, education/training coordination, performance management, and strategic planning, ensuring ISDM implementation and strong client engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervision and management experience in nonprofit workforce development.
• AA Degree or higher; BSW preferred.
• Experience serving vulnerable populations and collaborating with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard participants; manage enrollment packets and references.
• Oversee enrollment processes meeting state and federal guidelines; audit case files.
• Provide oversight of education/training and ensure WIOA compliance.
• Lead performance monitoring, data entry to CalJOBS and Salesforce, and reporting.
• Support strategic planning, program updates, and staff development.
• Ensure top-notch customer service and client engagement across programs.
• Manage relationships with community partners and lead staff in ISDM implementation.
• Lead and evaluate direct service staff, volunteers, and interns.
