Job summary

The Connection in New Haven is seeking a Program Director for the Sierra Pre Trial Program. You will provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to the Clinical Manager, Clinician, and direct care staff, guiding program operations and development to support restorative justice goals.

You will collaborate with funders, referring agents, medical and clinical providers to create wrap-around services, reduce recidivism, and assist residents reentering the community after incarceration.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services discipline (i.e. counseling, psychology, social work).
• 3+ years related leadership experience.
• Licensed or licensed eligible (LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPC, LMFTA, LMFT).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• The Program Director will provide direct clinical and task supervision for the Clinical Manager, Clinician, and direct care staff.
• The Program Director will focus on program operations and development, collaborating with funders, referring agents, medical and clinical providers to establish wrap-around services to reduce recidivism among the justice involved population.
