HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale IT programs for Pearson. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, financial governance, and risk management across multiple projects.

The candidate should have 12+ years in IT services, 5+ years managing large programs, and experience with global clients in Education or Digital Learning. Knowledge of Cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics is advantageous.

- Program Manager - 12+ years of IT services experience & 5+ years managing large-scale programs or portfolios. Knowledge in Application Development & Maintenance & Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS).

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and governing large-scale programs and strategic initiatives for Pearson. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, risk management, vendor coordination, and continuous service improvement across multiple projects and portfolios.

The individual will act as the primary interface between Pearson business stakeholders and HCL delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of program objectives while maintaining quality, timelines, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• 12+ years of IT services experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale programs or portfolios.
• Experience managing global clients in Education, Publishing, Digital Learning, or Technology domains preferred.
• Experience managing managed services and transformation programs.

Pay Range Minimum: 100000

Pay Range Maximum: 140000
