HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale IT programs for Pearson. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, financial governance, and risk management across multiple projects.

The candidate should have 12+ years in IT services, 5+ years managing large programs, and experience with global clients in Education or Digital Learning. Knowledge of Cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT services experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale programs or portfolios.
• Experience managing global clients in Education, Publishing, Digital Learning, or Technology domains preferred.
• Experience managing managed services and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern large-scale programs and strategic initiatives for Pearson.
• Own end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, and risk management across multiple projects and portfolios.
• Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure quality, timelines and compliance.
• Interface between Pearson business stakeholders and HCL delivery teams to achieve program objectives.
