Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, with at least 5+ years in program leadership.
• Must have consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading large SAP transformations (e.g., S/4HANA implementation or migration).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and integration architecture.
• Experience managing global, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP programs including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.
• Oversee multiple streams and ensure cross-workstream integration.
• Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for governance and escalation.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of SAP programs.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Own program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining delivery quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the lifecycle.
• Drive quality assurance and testing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor leads.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, cloud integrations).

Key Responsibilities

• Program LeadershipLead end-to-end SAP programs, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Must have consulting experience
• Proven experience leading large SAP transformations (e.g., S/4HANA implementation or migration)
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration architecture
• Experience managing global, multi-million-dollar programs
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Activate)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure)

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $140,000 base per year

Pay Range Maximum: $256,000 base per year
