HCLTech in Seattle, WA seeks a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across enterprise payments and related platforms. You will drive delivery from concept to sustenance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with executives.

This role requires 10+ years in program management, hands-on experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and budgeting, with a proven ability to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience delivering complex technology initiatives, including 10+ years in project or programme management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large, cross-functional programmes through the full software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise payments, retail payments, payment gateways, payment orchestration, merchant acquiring or related financial transaction platforms.
• Experience creating and executing implementation strategies for complex, highly integrated and business-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, DevOps and Lean delivery practices, with the judgement to apply the right approach for the programme context.

Pay Range Minimum: $95, 000/Annum

Pay Range Maximum: $192,000/Annum

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
