Job summary

Living Hope Treatment Center is seeking a Program Manager to support the Program Director in day-to-day operations, supervise Clinical Aides and Recreation Specialists, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for clients in care.

You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and oversee compliance, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination while promoting Sanctuary Model principles and community safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in treating those with substance use disorder preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Experience with program coordination, scheduling, or operations management preferred.
• Must pass TCI and Harm Reduction Training within first month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the Living Hope Treatment Center to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance with all agency and regulatory standards.
• Coordinates staff schedules and coverage to maintain adequate supervision and program stability across shifts including updating Float Pool needs weekly.
• Monitors facility and equipment conditions and reports maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Manages supply inventory and liaises with facilities to order necessary items.
• Supports corrective action plan documentation and submission for program.
