Job summary

The Camp Recovery Center is seeking a Program Manager to oversee therapeutic program activities, ensure high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and a supportive treatment environment for clients and staff.

The role requires licensure-eligible clinicians (LMFT or LCSW), strong leadership, budgeting, and program development skills, within our Northern California facility. Strong emphasis on patient safety and staff development are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health is required.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health is required where state licensing demands it.
• Minimum four years’ experience with the facility population.
• One year or more supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide high-quality care.
• Plan and implement program goals, resources, and equipment; set timetables and outcomes.
• Oversee the program budget and staff involved in service delivery; provide management for the facility program.
• Develop procedures to ensure efficient operations; improve workflow and scheduling, admissions, and billing processes.
