Job summary

Villa of Hope in Rochester, NY seeks a Program Manager for the Living Hope Treatment Center. This role oversees Clinical Aides and Recreation Specialists, coordinates staffing, and maintains safety and regulatory compliance to support a therapeutic environment for clients in care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating onboarding and training, maintaining schedules, and collaborating with HR and program leadership to improve efficiency and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Living Hope Treatment Center to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinates staff schedules and coverage across shifts, including Float Pool planning.
• Ensures adherence to program procedures, routines, and safety protocols.
• Monitors facility and equipment conditions; reports maintenance or safety concerns.
• Manages supply inventory and liaises with facilities for ordering items.
• Collaborates with Program Director to identify process improvements for efficiency and engagement.
• Supports Sanctuary Model principles in daily operations and staff interactions.
• Provides on-call coverage on a rotating basis to address after-hours needs.
