Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Program Manager for the Telehealth Institute Education Core in Bryan, Texas. You will plan, organize, and lead day-to-day activities for multiple education programs, including didactics, internships, practicum, and continuing education offerings.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and program records, while ensuring compliance, accreditation, and effective communication with partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; five years of office or higher education admin experience preferred.
Experience coordinating programs and internship/ practicum activities is desirable.
Class C vehicle license or ability to obtain within 30 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day activities for programs in the Telehealth Institute Education Core.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns, practicum students, and fellows.
Maintain official program records and accreditation documentation.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for interns and practicum students.
Manage travel logistics and arrangements for interns, guest speakers, and leadership.
Direct communications for Education Core programs and liaise with partner entities.
