Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Bryan, TX, seeks a Program Manager to oversee Health Access and Mobile Clinics initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, communications, business, or a related field.
Five (5) years of related experience in program management, outreach, event planning, or administration.

Responsibilities

Coordinates planning, development, and implementation of mobile health clinic projects from concept through launch.
Facilitates communication between Texas A&M BUILD, university departments, agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Coordinates agreements, partnerships, and collaborations with clinics, hospitals, and community organizations.
Tracks project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support successful execution of mobile clinic initiatives.
Supports procurement, installation, and readiness activities for mobile clinic containers.
Ensures alignment with applicable university, state, and federal guidelines.
Supports transition of projects into operational status and continuity of ongoing program activities.
Manages outreach to increase awareness and utilization of mobile health clinics in rural and underserved communities.
