Job summary

Texas Health Institute is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of health programs in alignment with grants and contracts. The role oversees day-to-day activities, collaborates with partners, and ensures deliverables meet goals.

You will manage multiple initiatives, monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide training on invoices and reporting. Remote position with occasional travel; requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in community

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Three or more years of related professional experience.
• Experience with community-based organizations and underserved populations preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program activities and work plans.
• Coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors, vendors, and community partners.
• Monitor program performance and support ongoing evaluation efforts.
• Prepare budgets, invoices, and reporting materials.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, and partner discussions.
